Automatic Property Search is used to automate the notification of new properties that are placed on the Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (MLS). When a client enters information into the form and it is recorded, the information will be entered into the Wisconsin MLS and notifications of properties will be sent to the email address entered. This process takes between 24-48 hours. Of course, if no listings are new in the MLS, the email address is not sent anything because there is no property to send.
